Welcome to the DailyTalentShow.com website ("DTS"). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE (the "Terms") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE OR ANY SERVICES OR APPLICATIONS RELATED TO THIS SITE. This site is subject to the Terms, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to DTS which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Registration

You are granted the limited right to view and use DTS only for the purposes of viewing, voting or playing content, or for accessing information and services. We reserve the right to suspend or deny, in its sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Site.

Limited License To Site

If you violate these Terms, we may terminate or cancel your access rights to DTS immediately without notice. We may also block your use of DTS. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue DTS or any part thereof and you agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of DTS or any part thereof. This license is limited to personal and non-commercial uses by you. Any rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved to us. No portion of DTS is targeted to children, and any minor should seek consent of his or her legal guardian before using this site. Unless you have received specific written permission from us, you may not (a) "frame" or otherwise impose editorial comment, commercial material or any information or content on, or in proximity to, content displayed on DTS or (b) alter or modify any content on DTS. Without limiting other restrictions, you agree not to reproduce, transmit, sell, or otherwise exploit DTS for any commercial purpose. Please be aware that we have created or may create in the future certain areas on DTS that contain adult or mature content. You must be at least 18 years of age to access and view such areas.

DTS may allow users to upload, post, and or distribute user submitted content, and use of DTS for this purpose is subject to the following conditions:

• You understand that all user feedback, data, comments, suggestions, information, text, data, software, sounds, photographs, audio, audiovisual, video, artwork, graphics, messages and other materials of any nature ("Materials") that are transmitted to or via DTS are the sole responsibility of the person from which the Materials originated. This means you, and not us, are entirely responsible for the Materials you transmit through DTS. Further, you understand that by using DTS you may be exposed to Materials that are offensive, objectionable or indecent.
• You shall not create a user name or screen name or upload to, distribute through or otherwise publish through DTS any Materials which are libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, harmful of minors in any way, abusive, illegal or harassing, or contain expressions of hatred, bigotry, racism or pornography, or are otherwise objectionable, or that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or violate any law or that you do not have a right to make available under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
• Your Materials, user name and or screen name will not disparage in any manner DTS, its owners, advertisers, products, or services and sites.
• Your Materials shall not infringe the copyright, trademark, publicity privacy right or other intellectual property right of any third party.
• You shall not upload to, distribute through or otherwise publish through DTS any Materials that are directly or indirectly commercial in nature or contain any solicitation of funds, promotion, advertising or solicitation for goods or DTS. You specifically acknowledge that soliciting other users to join or become users or members of any commercial online web site or other organization is expressly prohibited.
• You shall not upload to, distribute through or otherwise publish through DTS any Materials that contain viruses or any other computer code, corrupt files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality or disrupt any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers or other equipment.
• You shall not act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to interact with the DTS.
• You shall not collect or store personal data about other users.
• Cyberstalking cyberharassing results in automatic deletion of the offender's account. Internet predators, false impersonators, and cyber-bullies are not welcome on DTS.
• Never put anything in your DTS profile that you don't want strange people to know or see, especially very intimate details. Pay attention to anything in your DTS profile that might contain references to or images of license plate tags and or your property's surroundings (yard street etc). Do not unwittingly invite strangers into information.
• If you see another member with graphic and offensive images on their DTS profile, let us know and we'll take it down ASAP.
• Any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that isn't appropriate for our community.

You acknowledge that we do not pre-screen any Materials posted by you or other users, but that we and our designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to refuse or remove any Materials. Without limiting any of our rights, we and our designees shall have the right to remove any Materials that violate the Terms or are otherwise objectionable, as well as terminate your access to DTS. You agree that we have no liability or responsibility for the storage or deletion of any Materials that you or any other persons submit or post. We reserve the right to change these general practices and limits at any time in our sole discretion.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, DTS, affiliates, officers, agents, partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of your content and materials, your use of DTS, your violation of these Terms or your violation of any third party's rights including such party's copyrights and trademarks.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

DTS AND RELATED APPLICATIONS, MATERIALS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND WITH ALL RISKS. WE HEREBY DISCLAIM TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (A) ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE; LACK OF VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJAN HORSES, OR OTHER CODE THAT MANIFESTS CONTAMINATING OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES; ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, CURRENCY, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE; AND (B) ANY DUTIES OF REASONABLE CARE, WORKMANLIKE EFFORT OR LACK OF NEGLIGENCE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE, APPLICATIONS, OR RELATED INFORMATION. Assumption of Risks

Limitation Of Liability And Exclusive Remedy

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS BY US OR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES OR AGENTS SHALL BE, AT OUR OPTION, (1) SUBSTITUTION OR REPLACEMENT OF ALL OR PART OF THE APPLICATION OR PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY YOU IN REASONABLE RELIANCE ON US; OR (2) REFUND OF THE AMOUNT THAT YOU PAID TO US. YOU AGREE THAT THE DAMAGE EXCLUSIONS IN THESE TERMS SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Links; Advertisers

DTS contains links to third party sites that are not under our control and we not responsible for any content on any linked site. If you access a third party site from the Site, then you do so at your own risk. We provide links only as a convenience and the inclusion of the link does not imply that we endorse or accept any responsibility for the content on those third party sites. Additionally, your dealings with or participation in promotions of advertisers found on the Site, including payment and delivery of goods, and any other terms (such as warranties) are solely between you and such advertisers. You agree that we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort relating to your dealings with such advertisers.

General Practices Regarding Use And Storage

You acknowledge that we may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including without limitation the maximum number of days that Materials will be retained by the Site, the maximum number of Materials that may be sent from or received by an account, the maximum size of any Materials, the maximum disk space that will be allotted to you, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Site in a given period of time. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time.

Our Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge and agree that DTS and any necessary software used in connection with the Service ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that content contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through DTS or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by us or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Site or the Software, in whole or in part. We grant you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the object code of its Software on a single computer; provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. You agree not to modify the Software in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the Software, including, without limitation, for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to DTS.

Contests

1. TO ENTER: Visit the website www.dailytalentshow.com and enter the required information online, including your video. This contest begins and ends on the time and dates specified below (see section 2, "Contest Period"). All entries must be received by the close of the Contest Period. There is no limit on the number of entries per person during the Contest Period. Entries must include an original, user generated video. Entries become the property of the dailytalentshow.com and will not be returned. If your video is not selected for a prize at the end of the Contest Period, the video(s) will remain on the site (unless it is taken down due to a disqualification, the user has removed it or a written request has been made by the user/uploader). The top vote getters of each month (with possibly the exception of December) will be automatically entered into the Yearly Contest. Winning videos must meet listed registration requirements and meet the rules and regulations in order to win and not be disqualified. A winning video cannot win multiple times in any given category, however, a winning video may win in more than one category (daily, monthly, yearly, featured). You must not have to upload a video or register in order to vote. If you would like to upload a video but not be included in any or all contests, a written email and/or letter with your specifications regarding said video must be sent to dailytalentshow.com before the end of the Contest Period. Should not enough notice be given and a prize be awarded to said video, the prize can be declined. Videos must be no longer than 23:00 minutes in length unless specifically noted. Any videos posted/uploaded onto this site that run longer than the allotted time (in any Contest) run the risk of either being taken down and/or disqualified.

2. CONTEST PERIOD: There are multiple Contest Periods.

Daily Contest Periods begin at 12:01 am est and end at 9:00 pm pst.

Monthly Contest Periods begin at 12:01 am est on the First day of each month. They end at 8:59 pm pst on the last day of each month.

Yearly contests begin on January 1 at 12:01 am est and end on December 30 at 8:59 pm pst.

Featured Contest Periods will follow the same time periods as Monthly Contests unless otherwise noted.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry but is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, advertisers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings) are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Applicants are required to have had access to the internet and video equipment prior to contemplating entry. Entries containing inappropriate subject matter, as determined by Dailytalentshow.com in its sole discretion, and including, but not limited to, videos that contain profanities or inappropriate gestures, acts resulting in injury or damage to person's property or the legal rights of others will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Registration is free but also required to win.

4. ODDS OF WINNING: Users of Dailytalentshow.com will evaluate and vote on the entries on the basis of "Skill Factors" described below for the purpose of awarding prizes. Users may vote once per day on each video. Voting is not limited to residents of the United States. The odds of each video being selected for votes will depend upon the number of entries and the content of individual videos. Skill Factors that users will consider include: Creativity; Entertainment Value; Production Value; Filmmaking Quality; Performance; Composition; and Editing Style.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners are chosen based on skill. Selection of the Prize Winners shall take place within hours of the end of the Contest Period (so as long as all voting and computer functions are in working order) and will be announced at (http://www.dailytalentshow.com/winners/) within ten days after the end of the Contest Period . The selection of the Contest Winners will be based on the highest number of votes received for Videos at the end of the Contest Period. In the unlikely event that two or more Contest Videos receive an equal number of votes, the video with the most number of views shall win. Contestants who are selected as potential winners will be awarded their prize by standard delivery mail so as long as all the requirements (including a working mailing, non PO Box, address registered on dailytalentshow.com before given Contest Period has ended. Dailytalentshow will not be responsible for non delivery of prizes. Prizes will be sent to registered name and address only. No substitutions. The prize will be mailed once. If returned for any reason, Dailytalentshow.com will not be held responsible or libel for any unanswered mail of awarded prizes. For larger prizes (non-daily) each selected Winning Contestant will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, prize acceptance, liability & publicity release (except where prohibited) (the “Affidavit”) within fourteen (14) business days of notification. Forfeiture of prize and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following at the Dailytalentshow.com’s discretion: (1) failure of a potential Prize Winner to execute and Affidavit and a completed IRS Form W-9 (if required by Internal Revenue Service regulations), within fourteen (14) days after mailing; (2) the return of any notification or prize as undeliverable; and (3) any other non-compliance with Rules. By entering Contest, entrants agree to the use by Dailtalentshow.com and its designees of their name, video entry, and photograph/likeness for advertising, promotional and other marketing purposes, in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media (including the Internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Dailytalentshow.com will not sell entrant information to outside third parties. If a prize is denied or not accepted, it will be returned to Dailytalentshow.com and may or may not be given out for that given Contest.

6. PRIZES: No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of prizes are permitted except at the sole discretion of the Dailytalentshow.com, who reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Dailytalent.com and/or its affiliates reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate such Contests, including without limitation changing the prize winnings. Winner is responsible for the payment of taxes on the prize, as well as, without limitation, any license and/or registration fees associated with transfer of the prize to the winner, and for any other expenses not specifically described above.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS DAILYTALENTSHOW.COM ITS RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PRIZE SUPPLIERS, AND ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, "RELEASEES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS AND ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE OR NONUSE OF THE PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY TRAVEL OR TRAVEL-RELATED ACTIVITY THERETO) THAT MAY BE AWARDED. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WILL GOVERN ANY AND ALL DISPUTES. RELEASEES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPUTER, PRINTING, TYPOGRAPHICAL, HUMAN, OR OTHER ERRORS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ERRORS WHICH MAY OCCUR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTEST, THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PRIZE, THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES OR IN ANY CONTEST RELATED MATERIALS; OR FOR ILLEGIBLE ENTRIES OR ENTRIES THAT FAIL TO ENTER INTO THE PROCESSING SYSTEM, OR ARE PROCESSED, REPORTED, OR TRANSMITTED LATE OR INCORRECTLY OR ARE LOST FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING COMPUTER, TELEPHONE, PAPER TRANSFER, HUMAN OR OTHER ERROR; OR FOR ELECTRONIC, COMPUTER, OR TELEPHONIC MALFUNCTION OR ERROR. IF IN DAILYTALENTSHOWS' OPINION, THERE IS ANY SUSPECTED OR ACTUAL EVIDENCE OF ELECTRONIC OR NON-ELECTRONIC TAMPERING WITH ANY PORTION OF THE CONTEST, OR IF COMPUTER VIRUS, BUGS, UNAUTHORIZED INTERVENTION, FRAUD, OR TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES OR FAILURES COMPROMISE OR CORRUPT OR AFFECT THE ADMINISTRATION, INTEGRITY, SECURITY, FAIRNESS, OR PROPER CONDUCT OF THE CONTEST, THE JUDGES RESERVE THE RIGHT AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO TAMPERS WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS AND OR VOID ANY ENTRIES SUBMITTED FRAUDULENTLY, TO MODIFY OR SUSPEND THE CONTEST, OR TO TERMINATE THE CONTEST AND CONDUCT A RANDOM DRAWING TO AWARD THE PRIZES USING ALL ELIGIBLE NON-SUSPECT ENTRIES RECEIVED AS OF THE TERMINATION DATE. AS A CONDITION OF ENTERING THE CONTEST, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT: A.) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS FEES. DAILYTALENTSHOW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY PRIZE AWARD PROCEDURES. DAILYTALENTSHOW.COM WILL NOT OFFER EMBED CODES AND THUS ANY VIDEO THAT IS SEEN ON OTHER WEBSITES WILL NOT BE BECAUSE OF DAILYTALENTSHOW.COM EXECUTIVES. NOR WILL THEY BE HELD LIBEL THAT IT DID COME FROM DAILYTALENTSHOW.COM (WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT VIDEOS FROM THE FEATURED SPONSOR CONTEST MAY BE SEEN BY MARKETERS/OWNERS OF A PRODUCT THAT THEY WISH TO ENDORSE).

8. WINNER CONFIRMATION: The winners shall be announced at (http://www.dailytalentshow.com/winners) within ten days after the end of the Contest Period. Should this webpage not be made available, a contestant may request a list of the winners by sending a self-addressed, stamped business-size (#10) envelope to 412 OIive Avenue 339, Huntington Beach, CA 92648:. Requests must be received by 7 days after the end of the Contest Period.

9. SPONSOR: Dailytalentshow.com advertisers do not endorse, sponsor, or are otherwise affiliated with any of the videos unless otherwise specifically noted.

10. FEATURED SPONSOR CONTEST: Each month may offer an additional Featured Sponsor Contest. The Contest Period will run during the same time as that month's Month Contest and offer the same odds of winning. In this additional category, a product will be promoted on Dailytalentshow.com in the Featured Sponsor category. This Contest will allow users to generate a video within that time period that has to do the featured product. The same rules applying to other Dailytalentshow.com Contest will also apply to this Contest (based on votes, rules and regulations). This Contest will focus on users and videos that they (you, the user/uploader/owner of video) create that somehow relate directly or indirectly to the featured product. You are not required to use the featured product in your video but the product must in some way or fashion be mentioned, shown, or alluded to within the video. The videos must in some way market the featured product/sponsor. Videos that do not in some way market the featured video run the risk of being disqualified from this Contest. Dailytalentshow.com officials will have the official and sole discretion of all videos entered into this Contest and whether or not they in some way market the product. Any video that features the product in what is perceived as a negative way, will again run the risk of being disqualified (and possibly taken down) from this Contest and the website. Again, Dailytalentshow.com will have the official and sole discretion on what is and is not perceived as negative. Videos entered into this Contest will have the potential to not only win the prize offered but may also have the opportunity to be viewed and/or used by the Company that owns and/or promotes the featured product. Videos uploaded to the site, including this category, are owned by Dailytalentshow.com. This site is an at-will user generated uploading website wherein the upload itself is an agreement by the user/owner of the video(s) to enter and/or submit their video(s) for any and all purposes that Dailytalentshow.com wish to use videos for. By entering into the Featured Sponsor Contest, the uploader of the video(s) are agreeing and allowing Dailytalentshow.com, their advertisers and Featured Sponsors the authority to use video(s) at their disposal, which may include promotion of featured product that the video is relating to. It is the decision of the uploader to not enter the Featured Contest (or any Contest on Dailytalentshow.com) and thus not take the opportunity to have their video entered into any Contest offered and/or possibly seen by marketers who view Dailytalentshow.com. Dailytalentshow.com will not offer embed codes and thus any video that is seen on other websites will not be because of Dailytalentshow.com nor will Dailytalentshow.com be held libel (with the exception that videos from the featured sponsor contest may be seen by marketers/owners of a product that they wish to endorse). Whether the product is sponsored by the maker, creator, distributor, promoter, advertiser or any other relation, this does not mean that these companies or any company related to or affiliated to the product is in any way, shape or form endorsing, supporting or authorizing this Contest.

Guidelines

Please don't abuse the site. Every feature on DTS involves a certain level of trust. We trust you to be responsible, and our users respect that trust. Please be one of them.

Here are some rules that will help you steer clear of trouble:

• We consider DTS to be TV-14. We don"t encourage or promote any nudity, swear words or abuse of any kind.
• DTS does not allow nudity of any kind. This includes pornography, sexually explicit, and or child (under 18) content. If there is any nudity in content that you post, it WILL be taken down. IAlso, be advised that we work closely with law enforcement and we report child exploitation.
• Don't post videos showing animal abuse, drug abuse, under-age drinking and smoking, or bomb making. If you think your video crosses the line, then don"t post it or contact us before posting it.
• If your video shows someone (person or animal) being physically hurt, attacked, or humiliated, don't post it.
• Don't post gross-out videos of accidents, dead bodies or similar things intended to shock or disgust.
• Respect copyright. Only upload videos that you made or that you are authorized to use. This means don't upload videos you didn't make, or use content in your videos that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, or videos made by other users, without necessary authorizations. Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
• We encourage free speech and defend everyone's right to express unpopular points of view. But we don't permit hate speech (speech which attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation gender identity).
• Things like predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, intimidation, invading privacy, revealing other people"s personal information, and inciting others to commit violent acts or to violate the Terms of Use are taken very seriously. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from YouTube.
• Everyone hates spam. Don"t create misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails in order to increase views. It's not okay to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, including comments and private messages.
• We enforce these Guidelines
• Accounts are penalized for Guidelines violations and serious or repeated violations can lead to account termination. If your account is terminated, you won"t be allowed to create any new accounts.
  
  Copyright Infringement Notification Even if you made the video yourself, it's important to understand the following issues:
• The performer owns the rights to use his/her own image in a video, especially if that performer isn't you!
• The songwriter owns the rights to the song being performed, especially if that isn't you!
• The owner or owners of the venue of where a video is shot may have a say in whether a video that features their place can be shown.

By law, we have to take down videos for copyright infringement when they are direct copies of copyrighted content and the owners of the content alert us that the video is out there without their permission. This includes, but is not limited to clips of television sitcoms, dramas, cartoons, comedy shows, and sports and news broadcasts and these rules apply equally to any TV network, cable network, pay per view broadcast and VOD broadcast.

Copyright laws also extend to cover music videos, videos of live concerts (even if you captured it), as well as all TV commercials (no matter how cheesy), movies (no matter how bad), and even slide shows owned by someone else.

Even if you give credit to the owner of the copyrighted material, or if you see similar videos on Heavy or other video sharing websites, it is still copyrighted and we'll have to take it down if need be. Bottom line: you have to get the proper permission!

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a written communication that includes substantially the following (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the Copyright Act to confirm these requirements):

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material. Providing URLs in the body of an email is the best way to help us locate content quickly.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
